Across the country, local and state governments have determined that all medical support and essential service providers like Harvest should remain open to best support communities through this trying time. As a medical provider to patients who rely on our products that help manage various conditions, we have made the decision to continue serving our patients in this time of need.
We’re following all state-required ordinances and sanitizing high-traffic areas, increasing the frequency and vigor of cleaning, limiting the number of visitors to our stores at one time. Ramping up online orders to minimize time in store and required social distancing. Increasing awareness and sharing best practices to encourage prevention of the COVID-19 virus.
Walk-in (Harvest of Napa and 805 Beach Breaks Only), online and phone-in orders: We encourage you to preorder your products before coming into the store to maximize social distancing. Call: You can place an order by calling your nearest dispensary. Scroll down, find your nearest store and click on the link. It will take you to your store’s page that includes the contact information. Apologies in advance if there’s a wait time. We are serving customers as quickly as we can.
Do not come to stores if you’re feeling any symptoms. Ask a caregiver instead.
Order ahead or request curbside delivery where available to limit your time in groups and increase social distancing.
Avoid sharing products with others that have put their mouths on them.
If experiencing flu-like symptoms or bronchial issues refrain from combustible methods of consumption like smoking flower or concentrates. Instead try other methods such as edibles or topicals.
Our employees are family and their safety is a priority. We are committed to protecting our teams and have provided extra gloves, cleaning supplies and are sanitizing high-traffic areas frequently. We have limited the number of patients within each space and are evaluating the minimum number of associates required to safely manage a store. For those who are not feeling well, have been exposed or exhibit symptoms, they are provided a work from home schedule and paid time off options.
The CDC updated their recommendation that all Americans wear cloth face coverings in public settings.
The counties of LA and Riverside have also required that employees cover their faces and Harvest has ordered masks for all of our patient-facing employees and expects them to arrive in the coming days. In the interim employees are required to cover their faces with face coverings.
All customers and visitors of Harvest of Napa, Harvest of Venice, and Harvest of Palm Springs must wear face coverings over their noses and mouths to provide additional protection for employees and customers and we also encourage our patients and customers to our other California stores to wear a face covering.
At this time, the face coverings need not be medical-grade masks or N95 respirators, but can be fabric coverings, such as scarves and bandana coverings.
Harvest of Napa, Harvest of Venice, and Harvest of Palm Springs may refuse admission or service to any individual who fails to wear face coverings as required by this Order.
This new guidance is to prevent the spread of the virus from asymptomatic individuals and not because the risk has increased from being outside your home.
As you know we have moved exclusively to online and phone orders to limit patient time and exposures in stores across the country.
HR is coordinating with location and department managers to begin rolling out a Wellness Check Protocol at our locations. This will involve all employees confirming they are healthy and symptom free prior to each shift. In addition, we are encouraging all employees to take their own temperatures as part of this process prior to coming in for a shift. We have also ordered thermometers in bulk, and they will be arriving to stores as they become available. At that time, we will implement on site temperature checks which will be included in the Wellness Check Protocol.
We have ordered gloves in bulk, and they will be arriving to stores as available. Many of our locations already use gloves in the standard course of their jobs. Others have started wearing gloves in cash-handling or product handling processes during COVID-19.

- Visitors to our Napa, Venice, and Palm Springs stores are required to wear a face covering to protect themselves and our employees and we also encourage our patients and customers to our other California stores to wear a face covering.
- Social distancing (which seems more distance than social) means 6 feet of space between patients.
- Cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze with a tissue or the inside of your elbow.
- We have sanitizer, you supply the hands.
- Be nice to each other. It’s freakin’ stressful out there.

How To Use Pickup
Click through to your local store and view the menu. Select your items, add to cart, follow the instructions, and simply checkout. Once you arrive to the store, notify the receptionist you have placed an order online and they will assist you. Please note there may be a short wait time as we are servicing many online orders.
