Here’s how it works:

  • To see if you are eligible for Curbside, go to https://covid19.harvesthoc.com/ click on your State, then find your store. The hours for Curbside will be displayed alongside your store. If available:
  • Click through to your store, go to ‘Shop’ then place your order through the menu.
  • When checking out, choose “Pickup” then check the box that says, “I want to use Curbside pickup.” You can also choose a window of time when you would like to pick up your order. Note that it will take us at least 30 minutes to prepare your order.
  • Please note that our Curbside hours are different from our in-store pickup hours, so please be sure to check hours that curbside is available before you check the curbside box. Curbside pickups will not be allowed after dusk. This will ensure we can look after you to the best of our ability. You can find the pickup hours when you click through to your store on: https://covid19.harvesthoc.com/
  • After you check out, you will receive text messages telling you when your order is being processed, when it’s ready, and the number to call when you’re outside the store and ready to receive your order.
  • Arrive at the store during the time window you chose, and before Curbside closes.
  • When you arrive at the door of the store, please call the number you received in your text message to let the store know you are outside.
  • Surveillance and security personnel will be monitoring to ensure your safety – just like in the store.
  • One of our retail associates will come outside. They will be mindful to sanitize their hands, use gloves and practice social distancing during your interaction.
  • Please show the retail associate the confirmation you received on the screen of your phone. No need to hand it over, just hold it up.
  • You will then hand the retail associate the following three items (if possible, please sanitize your hands beforehand)
    • Your government issued ID
    • Your State issued Medical Cannabis Card
    • Cash to pay for the transaction (Please be sure you have enough)
    • Note that if you are a new patient to the store, you will need to fill in ‘New Patient’ paperwork and this may add more time to your transaction.
  • The retail associate will return inside the dispensary with these items, input the information in the system, gather your order, and process the payment.
  • They will return outside with your documents, change and your product.
  • Then off you go!
  • Please be sure not to consume your product until you are safely in your home.
  • Again, please be sure you check Curbside hours and be confident you can arrive at the store before Curbside closes.

Instructions for Battle Creek Customers:

  • Our Battle Creek store now only accepts Curbside pickup.
  • Please place your orders through this website.

  • On that page, go to ‘Shop’ then place your order through the menu.
  • When checking out, choose “Pickup” then check the box that says, “I want to use Curbside pickup.” You can also choose a window of time when you would like to pick up your order. Note that it will take us at least 30 minutes to prepare your order.
  • Please note that our Curbside hours are different from our regular store pickup hours, so please be sure to check hours that curbside is available before you check the curbside box. Curbside pickups will not be allowed after dusk. This will ensure we can look after you to the best of our ability. Park and turn off your engine. Surveillance will be monitored by security personnel to ensure your safety – just like in the store.
  • Call the number you received in the text message to let the store know you are parked and ready to receive delivery to your car.
  • One of our retail associates will walk to your car. They will be mindful to sanitize their hands, use gloves and practice social distancing during your interaction. You do not need to get out of your car.
